INSURANCE COVERAGE
Most services are covered by most insurances, including Medicaid, VHAP, Dr. Dynosaur, Medicare and private insurances. Some practitioners are limited to accepting only Medicaid, VHAP, Dr. Dynosaur and Medicare, while others accept all insurances. Please check with the individual practitioner.

FROM EAST MONTPELIER (SOUTH)
Take Rte. 14 north to Hardwick. At the blinking light intersection (where Rte. 14 turns left and Rte. 15 comes in from the left), go straight onto Main Street/Rte. 15 East. Continue one block north and, at the Village Laundromat, turn left onto North Main Street.
FROM MORRISVILLE (WEST)
Take Rte. 15 East to Hardwick. At the blinking light intersection turn left onto Main Street/Rte. 15 East. Continue one block north and, at the Village Laundromat, turn left onto North Main Street.
FROM CRAFTSBURY (NORTH)
Take Rte. 14 South to Hardwick. At the blinking light intersection turn left onto Main Street/Rte. 15 East. Continue one block north and, at the Village Laundromat, turn left onto North Main Street.
FROM BARTON (NORTH)
Take Rte. 16 South and turn right at Rte. 15 West. Take Rte. 15 West into Hardwick village – Mill Street. At the Village Laundromat turn right onto North Main Street.
FROM WEST DANVILLE (EAST)
Take Rte. 15 West into Hardwick village – Mill Street. At the Village Laundromat turn right onto North Main Street.
From North Main Street
Go one block north on North Main Street and turn right onto Church Street (police station and town offices are on this corner). Wellspring is at 39 Church Street,the first building on the left.
